He brings extensive global experience spanning international banking, aviation, and United Nations assignments, having lived and worked across more than 80 countries, guiding disciplined execution, long-term partnerships, and responsible trade across energy, metals, and agriculture.

John Abu Pelpuo

Co-Founder & Managing Director - Ghana

John Abu Pelpuo provides executive leadership for GLC Group Ltd.’s operations in Ghana, overseeing commodity trading activities, supply chain development, and strategic partnerships across West Africa.

Based in Accra, he plays a central role in originating transactions, managing operations, and strengthening trusted supplier and off-taker networks across energy, metals, agriculture, and industrial raw materials, supporting disciplined execution and ethical, long-term trade relationships.

Craig Constant John

Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer - Dubai/South Africa

Craig Constant John supports GLC Group’s commodity trade execution across Africa, with responsibility for revenue development, sourcing coordination, and cross-border transaction support within the Group’s integrated trading platform.

Based in Dubai, he brings experience across agricultural, energy, metals, and minerals markets, working closely with producers, off-takers, and regional partners to support ethically aligned commodity flows, disciplined execution, and long-term commercial relationships.

Frank Nana Kwaku Owusu

Chief Growth Officer - Ghana

Frank Owusu (Ghana) is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), working closely with the partners & executive team to drive long-term growth through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new market entry initiatives.

With an eight-year background in Ghana’s national security services and a proven track record as an entrepreneur across the water, food, and energy sectors, Frank brings disciplined strategic insight, risk awareness, and execution rigour to the company’s expansion agenda. His leadership is anchored in sustainable growth, market intelligence, and value creation across emerging and international markets.

Dr. Uzobueni Chukwuma Henry

Country Director - Sierra Leone

Dr. Henry oversees GLC Group’s operations in Sierra Leone, with responsibility for procurement, supply chain coordination, logistics, and in-country execution across key commodity activities.

He brings extensive experience managing high-value natural resources, including gold doré, diamonds, bauxite, and timber, supporting disciplined execution, regulatory compliance, and reliable delivery across the trade lifecycle.

Erick Mukania

Country Director - Democratic Republic of the Congo

Erick Mukania serves as Country Director for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across core country programs.

In this role, he is responsible for procurement, supply chain and logistics management, operations, and general accounting, ensuring efficient stewardship of current commodities and resources. Erick brings a strong focus on accountability, systems strengthening, and operational excellence to support program delivery in complex environments.
